The relationship between star and magazine editorial team is a tricky one. Rekha appeared on more Cine Blitz magazine covers than any other female superstar. She sold more magazines than any other... and yet, when Rekha's husband's life ended in tragedy... oddly enough the writers and editors went after Rekha mercilessly. And strangely enough, despite their long history, it got so bad, Rekha had to take the magazine to court for defamation and libel.
Years later, Rekha did appear on the cover of the magazine again. Proving time and again; there are no permeneant friends or foes in industry.
