Aishwarya Rai in Albela (2001). A mostly dreadful film with incredible songs - film production was seemingly endless as from the launch of the film to ultimate release, it took several years. Sure, it had a huge star-cast with the infamous late shenanigans of lead Govinda (you can go down a YouTube spiral of stars, film producers, co-actors' anecdotes of Govinda being late by several hours to several days!). 

Albela recovered costs but it'll mostly be remembered purely for the songs and Aishwarya Rai looking dazzling next to earthy Govinda and what a rare and never again repeated combo.
