The funny thing is, the simpler her look, the more gorgeous Rekha looks her her laser sharp iconic beauty and makeup skills...
Feel a certain Joan Collins, Elizabeth Taylor, Cher, 80s Western makeup, costume trend, fad infected her sense of movie-star self. That the screen Queen had to always look like an exaggerated version of a leading lady, she amped up the volume to such an extent, the normal woman in her got buried.
Rekha was just as stunning playing the housewife, as she was as a courtesan. But her love for makeup artistry took over big time.
